The CPC IT Department provides a broad spectrum of information technology services for our administrative and commercial operations. We provide the Applications Development, PC and Network Administration and Support, and Educational Web Services. Our services include PC and other computing equipment support, Help Desk support, account administration, and network administration. Our mission is to assist our users in using information technology effectively to achieve the overall goals of the Cal Poly Corporation. Toward that end, we explore, develop, promote and support the application of technological solutions to the tasks of information storage, processing and delivery. These services include account administration, asset management, software/hardware installation, include desktop, network and servers and the network account administration, desktop support (installation, upgrade, troubleshooting), network administration, web services, computer operations, database administration, applications development and support.
